If you have placed an order for more than one item, we cannot guarantee they will be delivered together. Ordered products are dispatched as soon as they are ready.
Where do we deliver?
Delivery is free to any place in UK mainland, excluding the northern parts of Scotland (Highlands and Scottish Isles). For those areas, there may be an additional delivery charge. Please contact customer service for more information.
Please note not all delivery services will be available for non-mainland UK deliveries. We do not deliver to Irland, Northern Ireland, and the Islands. However, we can deliver up to the nearest port, and you will have to arrange onwards delivery. Please note that customs duties may be charged.
When do we deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
You will receive a telephone call or message to agree on a time convenient to you at least 24 hours before delivery.
How do we deliver?
We deliver to the front door of your house. As most of our delivery is done using one man, we recommend you to ask your household members for help to carry your furniture inside the house.
We accept no responsibility for any damages that occurred whilst inside the property.
Anticipated delivery lead times
The delivery lead times are expected delivery lead times given to us by our manufacturers. Please note they may vary slightly depending on the time of the year and where in the world they are manufactured.
We know how frustrating delays can be. This is why we will keep you informed if there is any delay in the expected delivery time of your goods. You can be sure that we will do our best to surprise you with the fast delivery.
Please add 1-2 weeks for deliveries outside the mainland UK.
We will deliver the item to you within 7 - 21 days, where items ordered are stock items. The average lead time is 2 - 12 weeks, depending upon the item ordered.
What should I do once the item is delivered?
Once the item is delivered, please check the product and make sure it is the one you have ordered. Also, make sure that you check the item for damages, and if you find any damages on the item(s) or the packaging, please note the issue down on the delivery note before you sign up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers/delivery company.
If a delivery has been confirmed and on the day of delivery there is nobody at the address to accept the delivery, a redelivery fee of £80 may be charged. Please note that re-delivery may be extended up to 7 days from the original delivery date and is payable to the driver.
Reschedule your delivery
If you are going on vacation or will be absent for a prolonged period and want to postpone the delivery of your products, please contact our team. They will help you with your purchase and take the necessary measures to put shipping on hold and reschedule the delivery on the date of your choice.
