Where do we deliver?

We deliver to most of the UK for free!

We do not deliver to Irland, Northern Ireland and the Islands. However, we can deliver up to the nearest port, and you will have to arrange onwards delivery. Please note that customs duties may be charged.

 

Awaiting time

We will deliver the item to you within 7 days, where items ordered are stock items. The average lead time is 2 - 12 weeks, depending upon the item ordered.

 

What if my items aren't a good fit?

Test out your new made-to-order piece of furniture at home for 30 days. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, just write us an email, and send your item back in its original condition, including packaging.

The product needs to be disassembled, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Kindly note that all return costs are on your side. Once it gets back to us happily, you'll receive a full refund.

Please note that Upholstered furniture is made using soft materials therefore measurements may vary up to +/- 5 cm.

 

What if the delivered item is damaged?

We're really sorry that you have an issue with your product. If you see that your item is damaged during assembly, please stop assembling and contact us to provide you with replacement parts. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. This will help us to put your claim forward with our suppliers.

Parts damaged during assembly can also be reordered. No worries!

 

What if my item breaks down?

We will repair it as fast as possible! Our manufacturers guarantee remedies for product defects for 24 months from the date of sale. During this time, we will repair or replace the product if such imperfections are present.
