What if my items aren't a good fit?
Test out your new made-to-order piece of furniture at home for 30 days. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, just write us an email, and send your item back in its original condition, including packaging.
The product needs to be disassembled, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Kindly note that all return costs are on your side. Once it gets back to us happily, you'll receive a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as the item's not been dispatched. Just drop us an email, and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund.
What if the item is damaged?
We're really sorry that you have an issue with your product. If you see that your item is damaged during assembly, please stop assembling and contact us to provide you with replacement parts. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. This will help us to put your claim forward with our suppliers.
Parts damaged during assembly can also be reordered. No worries!
What if the item is damaged when it arrives or differs from what I ordered?
Please inspect your order on delivery and make sure it is the one you have ordered. Ensure that you check the item for damages. If you're not happy, let our delivery partner know and note the issue down on the delivery note before signing up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers or delivery company. Please be patient. We will do our best to deal with it quickly. We will inform you about the manufacturer's decision as soon as we receive it.
If we've missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just inform us within 30 days. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item. We'll either give you a full refund or send you a replacement. Please remember that the product needs to be disassembled and repackaged.
How do refunds work?
If you return your order, we'll give you a full refund, including what you paid for delivery. We may make a deduction from the amount refunded to you if the goods have been used, parts are missing, or the goods or their packaging have been damaged.
We can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
